The heat allocation companies allocate the heat energy measured by the general heat meter for the building. Thus, they take part in the final part of the service. They are not heat energy suppliers and they are not intermediaries for its sale. Their existence has been substantiated from the necessity to use the heat rationally by controling its consumption within the apartment buildings.
