2 % discount if you pay on time
If the client has paid until the last day of the next month all his obligations (current bill and eventually poursuites) towards Dalkia Varna, he will receive 2% discount on the bill for the next month.
Collective payment
Up to 5 % discount
When there is a collective payment for one buiding / entrance / substation through bank transfer until the end of the next month:
3 % discount for every client from the collective bill
2 % discount for the person in charge of money collecting
